What was the highlight of SR Vacation Rental - Mivesa

We stayed in the studio apartment and got constantly zapped by the static electricity in the sheets.

I like the bathroom, it was clean and there is a shower heater.

The host was not that responsive. We contacted the host prior to booking to check if there was a wifi connection inside the room but didn't respond. There was a damp and musty smell in the room, there was no air spray. Wifi connection is slow and often disconnects. This is a bit weird and it was our first time to experience this, the sheets/blankets continually caused static electricity, we got zapped more than 10 times (I AM NOT KIDDING), there were times where i could see sparks every time i ruffle the blanket. It's not painful when you feel it like 1-2 times but more than 5 times omg it gets to the point where its actually painful.

Well i like staying near lahug and it park when i go to cebu. I like that i got the 2 nd floor unit. Over all, its worth your penny.

Wifi is a bit slow. Good thing my data is working fast.

Host was accommodating, able to secure earlier check-in time.

A/c was sort of defective, difficult to control temperature regulator (stuck at 24 one day, then becomes 22 next day without me touching it). Unit was quite warm for sometime before cooling down. Unpaved road going towards property (around 400meters), tends to get very muddy when it rains

Good price, good location, clean room, microwave, fridge, friendly staff, would recommend to others to use when visiting Cebu.

Would stay again

Friendly lobby staff, and clean and comfy place, lots of privacy, building work is taking place but you can't hear it from your room. 7/11 and laundry services right on the doorstep. would stay here again. Owner is very kind, helpful and approachable, helped carry our bags up to the room and allowed us to check out late even though he had to clean the room. Lovely pool to.

Wifi didn't work entire time, no cable tv just local channels. It's quite small, good for a solo traveller. Pool is not free costs 100 per head per day. Little bit of a walk to the main road but just 5-10 minutes.

Contact with owner was smoothly, and the questions I had were answered quickly! I need to switch rooms because of someone else who had booked the room from a double to a twin, but at the end they canceled and then the owner contacted me again if I want the old room back and so I decided to move back! Compared to hotel prices in Cebu city is this condo more value for money!

Making use of the swimming pool cost money for foreigners, while my Filipino friend swam for free. That’s strange and never experienced this before.

Modern, clean apartment, good value for money.

Very good value for money, very clean and modern room. There were always people at the front desk so the property felt secure.

I was told the window was a bit broken and it was very hard to open. It was very hot in the room so I tried to open it and the whole window fell out! The window was put back in during the day but we were told not to open it for the rest of our stay so the room was a bit stuffy.

Less Than Average stay

When I spoke with the landlady she was helpful and flexible in getting paid for the stay as I did not realise the money would be paid when you got to the hotel, I thought my cards would be used so had to wire the money over to my partner

I booked for someone else and based on the reply they were not too happy with the staff. I am told you have to pay for the use of facilities, also they were not comfortable and the road leading to the property was very rough

Budget appartment with good facilities

7/11 supermarket downstairs, good security and CCTV everywhere, gym with new equipment and aircon, swiming pool, easy acces for taxi, cheap price, property management is kind

A bit smelly, bedsheets not fresh, water heater is broken. Please no need any staff on check-in. Just give the brouchure with detailed information for new guest. About gym, pool and food places.

Room was not properly maintained Dusty ledges @ the back of window curtain Bathroom grouting need to scrub. Yellowish bathroom sealants and everytime we take a shower water from shower Area over flow to toilet area. No taxi call
